Developing teams and organisation become possible when anassociation productivity get enhance and employees become appropriate in nature. Thus, this project includes various skills, knowledge and behaviour sothat appropriate environment at workplace could manage. Along with this continuous learning isessential for an individual for life time purpose sustainability. Moreover, organisational learningand individual learning both get vary from each other. For gaining HPW, various performancemanagement approaches have to underpin by an association properly so that all goals and targetsget met properly. TASK 1P1 Knowledge, skills and behaviour of HR professionalsProfessional improvement is much essential for an individual on continuous basis. This isconsidered as procedure which aid to document abilities, experience and in addition experience.It will be attained by formal as well as informal work (Bello-Gualtero and et. al., 2016).Documentation is prominent as it is record of entire things. It is basically utilized by anorganisation at the time of training and improvement plan because it is much useful at that time.With assistance of CPD procedure a person will easily enhance own abilities on regular basis.Along with this, it assists staff members to record about entire learning which is learned by themduring training program. As per recent scenario, employer of human resource plays an eminent part in growth aswell as success of organisation. They will provide impact on performance and in additionoperational activities of firm. Their major duty is to manage overall work of company anddetermine need of change; so that, they will implement it accordingly. In context of Whirlpool,human resource professional formulate many sorts of processes and policies which aid workersin their working; therefore, they will accomplish their task in an appropriate and adequate way1

Henceforth, there are some requisite capabilities and skills must be possessedby HR employer, some of them are stated as beneath:Leadership and management skills: Manager of human resource need to be a best leaderand in addition they are accountable to handle overall activities in association. Therefore, theywill compete with their competitors at competitive world. As they are giving adequate directionsto staff members; so that, they are able to accomplish their task within limited period of time.Along with this, they can easily perform their work without facing any troubles. Good communication skills: This is considered as a foremost capabilities which has tobe possess by manager. It is needed for him to keep up open conversation at workplace. As aresult, people will share their views and thought with each other and superior will able to resolveissues within certain period of time. Instead of this, they can complete their work comfortably(Ligthart and et. al., 2016).Conflict management: This skill mainly emphasis on capabilities of HR professionalwhile handling conflict at workplace. It is important for HR professionals to own conflictmanagement skill which helps in them in managing manpower of the company easily. It can besaid that it is very difficult for individual to analyse actual faulty person at the time of conflict.So, an effective HR professional firstly analyse reason behind the problem and then takesappropriate decision. HR manager has to maintain their behaviour with their subordinates:Ethical behaviour: Employer of human resource need to behave in an ethical manner infront of workers and along with management. Their fundamental responsibility is todevelop regulations and rules for staff members which has to be taken after by them.Additionally, some policies are made for them which is followed by them. As a result,entire activities will accomplished ethically which aid them to improve their goodwill atmarketplace. No partiality: The main responsibility of human resource manager is to take anappropriate judgement for an association. They have to take fair and correct decisionwithout any sort of partiality.
