consultant who work as a Barista. So they want that, the person who want this position of barista
they have knowledge about how can use the machinery to make the coffee also they should have
Knowledge about the different brewing methods of sourcing, roasting, extraction, milk
temperatures, etc. also require that How to use espresso machine to grinder coffee bean. So
human resource management want this type of technical skills in job position of Barista.

A consultant has always helps to customer. But many customers does not behave in good
manner which hurts the Barista.
Gaps in my education
Person faced difficulty when they are not proper educated which increase the lack of
knowledge and consultant are not competed with their competitors. So other competitor take
advantage due to gaps in education (Woodcock, M. 2017).
Not feel confident
A consultant when they are not able to complete the task of particular time which reduce
the self confident. This is the biggest weakness of the person, Because they not feel confident.
