achieving their goals and objectives. TESCO is a multinational leading organization to provide

the knowledge, behaviours and skill of human resource professional in the organisation. It is also

Work ethics and code of conduct: It is imperative for HR to have an understanding regarding the
ethical standards laid at the workplace. They must have a vision to engage the employees for
better performance management. Tesco has always been known for its strict adherence towards
integrity and principle values, thus HR managers support them in fulfilling these objectives.
Technical standards: Tesco's integrated framework with skilled professionals helped them in
maintaining their administration for raising market shares, with proper security of their data in
context to outlets, offices etc. Additionally, HR's corporate strategy encompassed various
product portfolios through employing their technical knowledge. Therefore, it is evident that HR
office must have clarity with relation to technicalities in conducting and managing the operations
of organizations for its smooth running (Baldwin, 2016).

Leadership:HR must possess this skill for proper guidance of their employees, shareholders and
