Human resources are the professionals in every organisation
that are having the whole responsibility to manage staff of an
organisation. Major responsibility of this department is to
manage human resources and fulfil overall requirements that
are arising in curse of business. It can also be achieved if
proper training is given to employees. HRM is a basic process
that is related to development, acquisition, motivation and
maintenance of human resource of a organization.

that is suited for development and capacity of employees sop that
they can be assisted in performance of job. It is according to
experience of employee’s that they have attained while working on
