INTRODUCTIONDevelopment of teams, individual and organization is very necessary and its helps inachieve organizational goal and meet objective because through this they improve their skills andknowledge. These thingsadopt changes according to nature and environment that increase profitability and productivity.High town housing association is an organization that provide houses to poor people at low cost.It is type of volunteer organization and provide charity to people that they can not afford moneyfor house. This report will be cover skills and knowledge of HR adviser, personal skills audit,professional development plan, organizational and individual learning training and development,continue learning and professional development.Section 1A. Professional skills and knowledge.Many types of skills and knowledge has need to human resource professional for manageemployees and organizational performance because its main work is hire skilled and efficientemployees and improve their performance and capabilities. Following skills are required:- Communication skills :- HR professionals has main skills required that communicationbecause they communicate with many peoples and top management. It also does closelyinteraction with all departments of home town housing association for know and get informationabout vacant post for fulfill so this skill is very important. Communication includes listen toemployees and communicate effectively.Problem solving skills:- this skill helps in prevent conflicts in organization that helps indeal with any problem. It has to solve problem after listen all things of both party than takedecision without partiality. This skill of HR motivate to employees of organization and they dowork with their full efforts and trust maintain in effective manner.Knowledge is also very important thing for HR professional related to all operations andactivities and it helps in attract to employees and members. Behavior are also required in HRlike courage to challenge that means they have confidence for face any types of situation. Risktaker is very important behavior of HR and self confidence of it helps in face situation and tackleit. Following are knowledge of HR :-1

Legislation :- professionals of hometown housing association has need to knowledge oflegislation that adopt by organization for provide protection to employees. Like health and safetylaw and it reduces risk and illness from workplace and improve performance and motivate tothem. Anti discrimination law provide protection to employees and no one discriminate to thembases on their color, caste and religion so they do work with their full efforts (Obisi, Gbajumo-Sheriff and Uche, 2016).Rule and regulation :- it has all knowledge about rules and regulation of organizationbecause for share and advice for follow all instructions and rules. All these things maintaindiscipline in organization and work flow smoothly without any conflicts and issue.Employees satisfaction :- it is the major knowledge about provide and care ofsatisfaction to employee's because professional of hometown housing association has need thatthey evaluate and analyze performance of employees time to time and give reward and incentivefor their work so these things motivate to peoples and they do work with full effort andefficiently for increase profitability.B.Personal skills audit and PDP.Personal skill audit is a process of evaluation and analyze of own skills and knowledgefor improve and develop loopholes and lack of knowledge.
