organizational goal. Tesco give benefits and rewards to employees and group members to
motivate them at work. This system create good and competitive working environment and
also help in retention of employees in the company for long period of time. HPW helps
managers in encouraging and motivating employees and also take care of their needs. The
employees satisfaction is important for achieving the organizational goal and HPW system is
