INTRODUCTION
Development is one of the most important parts for staff members and organization
within a business entity. It is very essential as this is going to help in carrying out changes within
the value, practices and cultures. When a firm cannot concentrate upon development, they can
never be able to maintain its position at large market places. This report deals with the
development of an individual and is dependent on staff members but management of a team is
done by its manager. A team has been formulated and it is necessary for contribution to be done
towards growth and development of a business organization. The report is based on LEC
Refrigeration Company. Important role has been played by them in team and development of an
organization. Also evaluation is done of high performance work practices. Main purpose of such
project is to make understand skills, behavior, ability, inclusive learning elements and
management performance.
TASK1
P1.
This is necessary for an HR officer to have right type of skills, ability and behaviour for
developing an individual and helpful in achieving of objectives of a business organization. In
order to attain trading goal every person and department has to take the responsibility like HR
department or managing department. Human resource of a business organization and have a
variety of role with responsibility of small or large trading. It is the duty that has to be performed
by an individual within an business entity such duties are technician, advising department, leader
and manger. Human resource, are those professional that has to be created in order to maintain
balance within the staff that has been helpful in skill development through training and
developing sessions. Requirement of continuing professional development (CPD) has been
needed by the staff present in organization to a business organization to be done. CPD is that
kind of document in which the process over developing skills, ability and experience that is
beyond initial training can be done both formally and informally. In this approach under which
an professional for learning of new things and skills are acquired for an individual experience
and learn things to be applicable under various situation upon the business entity.

Conflict management: One of the main responsibilities is on HR towards
solving of any kind of dispute that has been rising within an organization between
staff members or employees working there. such function can be performed
through an method called mediation which is part of ADR. As, this is going to
lead towards solving of conflict within an organization. Staff members is able to
solve these problems with a mature attitude and should concern all individual in
an organization.
Multi tasking: Hr has been required to do lot of activities that has been trending
for changing of day to day activity. It has been necessary for such professionals
should be cable of performing any kind of task. In relation to LEC Refrigeration
Professional that is related to managing of compensation, through training
programs, advertising employees that is going to make grievance over
performing effectively in an business organization. An individual is required to
claim in pressure situation in which worker management issues in recruitment
procedure.
Communication- HR should have an powerful communication skills as this is
going to lead towards trading that has to be achieved by business organization.
an individual is responsible for maintaining harmony at various level. As they act
like a mediator between and low level management.
Ability required to HR in the business entity
Management theories- Ability on trading and managing of theories with rules is
helpful over forming of plans, resources, allocating, leadership techniques and
coordination within resources and staff members. In relation to LEC Refrigeration
company human resource manager contains all this ability of performing of task.
Legislation: An Hr manager is required to have capability of law, knowledge
about legal codes, over code proceedings. Government rules and reregulation is
also required to be known by him.
. LEC Refrigeration should be able to follow all kind of legal rules and regulations
to get into better condition to staff members in the business entity.
Respective organization has to use both health and safety measures to keep
code o conduct alive in the organization
