Report will focus on professionalsknowledge, skills along with behaviours which is being needed in HR professionals. It will alsoput light on personal skills audit and need for continuous learning and professional developmentto help in sustainable business performance. For improving the current situation HR managerof this company have to perform various function like conducting training and developmentsession, team building activities etc (Berry, 2011) This will improve performance of employeeswhich will provide benefit for the company for long term.
