Along with this,several HPW practices and performance management approaches are elaborated which helps theorganization in its development. TASK 1P1 Professional skills, knowledge and behaviour required by HR professionalIn an organisation it is essential to develop employees skills and knowledge forimproving their work efficiency. It is essential for every human resource manager to managemanpower power of the organisation in appropriate manner to motivate them for achievingbusiness goals and objectives in the given period of time. In relation with this, HR professionalof the organisation have to analyse the internal working environment for identifying the certainfactors which affects the performance of workers (Berry, 2011).
