 The main objective of this organization is
to provide support as well as care to

afford the house at the market values.
 The company is involved in building a
millions of homes and thus provides other
housing services to the needed people.
 It currently has around 6500 homes and
has 900 employees.

 The first element is potential of the
employees to participate thoroughly in
the decision-making.

decisions then it will increase their
commitment towards work which will
help the organization to have better
position in market.
