In this context, this present assignment is written to specify the importance of team and individual development. This report is based on Marks and spencer which is a retail firm and provide services worldwide. This report specifies the need of skill, behavior and knowledge in a HR professional in carryout activities properly. Also, importance of individual and organizational learning is specified to enhance productivity of workers.
