INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management are the vital elements for the company which help in
increasing the efficiency of the firm effectively. Leadership is defined as the potential to the
influence and drive the group efforts towards accomplishing desire goals and aims (Anderee and
chaudhry 2012). This influence may be created from the formal source which aid in providing
right direction to the company. On the other hand, management focus on planning, organising,
directing and controlling the organisations as to fulfil the needs and requirement. Beside this,
manager also develop effective policies which improve the working culture of the company.
Furthermore, this report states about the similarities present in both the aspect and how they are
beneficial for the company. Along with this, the roles and responsibilities are taken into
consideration which aid in achieving desire aims of modern organisations. Although there are
different kind of leadership which are compare based on their skills and position to achieve
desire aims effectively. This is essential for the leaders to have different skills which help them
to succeed in the future market. At last the intervention plays a vital role which help in
understand the market effectively.

Leadership is the art of motivating the group of people which help people to achieve
common goal in the shorter time span. The use to effectively direct the workers as well as
colleagues with the strategy to meet the company needs effectively. In the organisations there
must be effective leadership which use to create healthy relationship among the workers and
improve the efficiency to deliver high quality. An effective leadership strategy inspires other
people and shows them right path which help in increasing the productivity of the firm.
Management is the process of administrating and controlling the different affairs of the
company irrespective of their nature, type and structure and size. In other words, this is the
process of creating and maintaining such kind of business surrounding where the employees can
accomplish the goal (Garavan, Barnicle, and O’Sullivan, 1999). In the organisations the
management acts as the guiding tool for the employees who are workings in the organisations
and coordinating their effort to achieve desire objectives.
Roles and responsibilities of manager:
The manager is person who is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the
operations and the fiscal aspect of the business unit along with the division and department.
