Leadership and management are the vital elements for the company which help in
increasing the efficiency of the firm effectively. Leadership is defined as the potential to the
influence and drive the group efforts towards accomplishing desire goals and aims (Anderee and
chaudhry 2012). This influence may be created from the formal source which aid in providing
right direction to the company. On the other hand, management focus on planning, organising,
directing and controlling the organisations as to fulfil the needs and requirement. Beside this,
manager also develop effective policies which improve the working culture of the company.

beneficial for the company. Along with this, the roles and responsibilities are taken into
