INTRODUCTION
The developing of leadership and management is the continuous process through which
the skills and the working capability of a leader and the manager will get improvised. They both
the vital part of the company as one will operate the different function and induce the innovation
and change within the business while the other will always influence the employee to get accept
the change with easiest manner (Al Jounaidi, 2018). The company will works with the agenda to
get the efficient and valuable outcomes from every that has been performed within the business.
It is the aspect that will be achieved by the collective efforts of both the leaders and the manager.
The manager will induce the different operation that is for the betterment of the company or by
which the business will attains the higher profit in timely manner. It is a report that is based on
the Tesco as it is the supermarket retailers of British multinational and its headquartered is
situated in Welwyn garden City Hertfordshire, London, England, and UK. It this report the

Leadership is the term that defines the different approaches or the style that has been used
by the leaders to get influence the abilities of an individual. On the other hand, management is
about solving the different administrative problems within the company and ensures that they
achieve the higher heights on continuous basis and have full control on the different task that is
performed on daily basis. Leadership states as a culture and an art through which the work will
get accomplished with more perfection and employee perform their works with more positivity.
It is a personality of an individual through which they could influence the other and be act as a
leader and try to attain the goal and their daily targets with lot of sufficiency. They always guide
the other and always act as the coach and from that provides the different pathways by which the
other employee achieve their targets with smoothness (Bush, 2019). It is the personality that is
present in each of the team and they always lead the team by which the better benefits will get
achieved by the panel as after the deadline of the certain project. It is the qualities that is more
effective and commonly attracts other by which the other people start following them and follow

their path to get attain more success in the life. They are the one that creates the vision for the
team and as that is set by the manager and then set the way to complete the adequate task by
applying different technique.
It has been state by the well known author Kotter (Management Theory of John Kotter,
2010), management is the process through which the manager processes the certain task and that
process will be implemented within the company by the leaders as they provide the desired path
to the employee by which they get relate themselves more within the adequate task. The skills of
the management will be used to make the better planning, ordination, directing, controlling,
organising and implementing the different operations within the business in a systematic and
proper manner (Lawrence, 2018). The managerial skills will be used to get solved the different
complex situations by assigning the adequate path to emphasis the potential of the business.
They always try to build the compassion and confidence between the team that they could
achieve higher goals by making extra efforts and implying their skills and abilities. The
managers will build the zeal within the employee and always try that individual will also
performs the works by getting out of their comfort zone by which they could manage themselves
in every situation and comes with better outcomes. They managers are the one that gives the
direction to the company by which they could achieve higher success in the aggressive market.
On the other hand the leaders are the one that provide pathway to the employee by which they
achieve their goals within the particular period of time. The management will always try to get
solve the different possible situations with an effectual style by which the production time will
get managed. They select the adequate candidates within the employees by whom they could
make and develop the skills, abilities and knowledge of the employees that improvise the
performance of the business from their exerting hard work. Tesco is one of the most leading
companies in UK and with that they operate their business with more diversified range of
products and services and that will be managed by the managers and the leaders or from their
collective contribution (Moorosi, 2019). There are some different roles and the responsibilities of
