INTRODUCTION
Public health professionals play huge role in providing best health practices and
healthcare facilities due to which patients can be given proper treatments and facilities which
will enable to get high access to all functional approaches. Leadership skills are highly
important to enable supervision among all professionals which are working under the public
health professional. Report explains various concepts of leadership and factors which impact
along with models of leadership along with strengths and weaknesses. The report also
explains role of leadership in leading change for delivering community based health
promotion programs.

BACKGROUND
The key concepts of leadership , change and change leadership can be understood as
one of the most transformative functional parameter onto which high level focus is
implemented for achieving the set targets. A leader is an important formative role within
health professional services where all supervision enables to cater high growth and technical
efficiency among people working in groups. A leader is a person who guides, supervises and
constructs specific parameters and framework onto which higher growth with motivation is
important to achieve the set performance management. Change leadership is also one of the
most dynamic functional roles which evolves overall working functioning of teammates and
helps to bring dynamic potentialities among employees. The change leadership also
immensely brings dynamic functional strengths and determinants onto which higher effective
performance metrics can be developed among employees. The leader has role to diversify
skill all employees with higher capabilities, new skills and programming strength to
improvise the performance standards among all (Cain, Pollok and Cumpsty-Fowler, 2019).
Discussion:
Transformational Leadership theory
Transformational Leadership theory is understood as the most high quality and
innovative theory where leader works with teams and identifies the various needed change
which creates vision and guides change through inspiration. Executing change within
employees with motivation and commitment among employees is highly rational leadership
concept within company functional parameter which is an integral part of leadership.
Transformational leadership can be fragmented within 4 components which are intellectual
stimulation, inspirational motivation and idealized influence. These factors highly
implements various parameters onto which employees and working subordinates can be
guided by supervisors and leaders which are working in company. Strength of this theory is
that it motivates new employees to dynamically build various parameters and to chain various
high end functional gaols onto various other parameters. Weakness of this theory is that it do
not allow leader to bring improvement from empathy and motivation is also less on certain
parameter for technically bringing strong improvement (Chen and Rybak, 2017).
Servant leadership
While on another hand servant leadership is leadership philosophy in which the main
goal of leader is to be serve various ethics to employees working in company. Servant
