This system has the application to convert of mechanical energy into the hydraulicenergy. It is controlled as well as regulated to give proper flow rate, speed and in addition todirection with help of controlled valve. The controlled valve employed into the hydraulic isclassified as single stage as well as two stages of valves. Higher bandwidth, higher flow rateelectro hydraulic valves consist of two as well as more stages. The electronically controlledvalve has programmable functions which is located remotely from the side of the operator,improves safety and increases the flexibility of the mechanical design of hydraulic systems. I hadused of such type of controlled valve in order to control the flow rate towards the actuator. Thisparticular project work is based on replacement of standard four way solenoid value with anelectronically controlled directional value.
