1.1 Scope
This particular project is focused on building customer good will of the company named
Max Lionel Realty. Besides this the company is also focuses on satisfy its legal, political as well
as ethical obligations. The standard code of conduct, antidiscrimination legislations, safety and
healthy work environment and at the same time high standards in the professional conducts are
also part of this project scope. In addition to this the company is also wish to inform their clients
about the maintenance and light repair. Health care industry is one of the most interdisciplinary,
highly regulated and service based industry which is facing continuous technical changes. Due to
this frequent changes the delivery system, record keeping system, treatment protocols are also
keep on changing that is required to be managed though the help of this particular project.

In the healthcare industry Max Lionel Realty maintains a high reputation in terms and
quality products and services. The customer focused service of the company offers 24X7
services to their consumers and the hard work dedication of their employees helps the company
to keep engaged with the investment activities. The successful implementation of this particular
project will deliver the followings:

Create good will as well as integrated reputation
Place Max Lionel Realty as a high performing and profitable organization

2.1 Project constraints
From the delivery criteria and components of the project it can be said that the project can
be completed within 12 months and the estimated budget for the project is $15,000. In order to
make the operation general manager aware of the project situation the project status report will
be delivered on an allotted timeframe of 25%, 50% and 75%.

3.2 Stakeholders management plan
Stakeholder management is referred to as an important part of project management. In
order to increase the brand value of Max Lionel Realty in terms of consumer’s success and high
commercial benefit it is necessary for the project manager to consider all necessary stakeholders.
It is expected that, with the help of stakeholder management the issues regarding the consumer
operation will be minimized rather resolved completely. With the help of an accurate stakeholder
management plan the company will be able to gain effective revenue and measurable
competitive advantages simultaneously.
In order to develop the stakeholder management plan for the Max Lionel Realty a matrix
is required to be developed by the company executive. For this particular project it is necessary
to allot accurate roles for different activities. A RACI matrix is developed and demonstrated

Responsible: Responsible (R) are those person who does all this work in order to achieve the
tasks. Responsible person have responsibility to get the work done accurately and decision make.
According to the rules this is a person who may either be a business analyst, application
developer or a technical expert.
Accountable: The person who is completely accountable for the correct as well as completion of
the project thoroughly. It may either be a person or the project executive or sponsor.
Consulted: Consulted are the person who gives proper information for the project or a two way
communication plan. For this particular project for a single activity more than one person can be
consulted.
Informed: For each activity there is some person who is required to be informed about the
current status of the project. These people are affected through the task outcomes and also needs
to be up to dated. If the roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined then the entire project
will be messed up.
