The Commonwealth Bank of
Australia is suffering with lack of
Emotional Intelligence.
As a result of that a huge gap was
created among the management
and the employees.
The executives failed to understand
the interests of the employees.
In 2017 the bank was alleged to
terminate more than 7000 part
time employees (abc.net.au 2017).
