1DIVERSITY IN BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS
The concept of organizational diversity within the business organizations refers to the
various members of the organizational workforce and the diversity that is existent within the
country. The diversity within the organization is related to the differences that exist within
the organizational workforce in the matters related to the definition of the various personal
traits of the concerned staff member. These traits might refer to the matters that pertain to the
age of the employee, the educational qualification of the employee, the ethnic origin of the
employees, the gender, the marital status of the employees, the racial background of the
person, the religious background of the employees and several other factors that help in
distinguishing one employee from the other. The following essay deals with the
summarization of five different articles that discuss the diversity that exists within the given
organizations. The essay ends with a reflection on the matters that are discussed.
