ASSESSMENT TASK 5.2

DOCUMENT YOUR PREPARATION
• The senior authorities will be selected to guide the training program
so that important elements of the training can be delivered to the
learner.
• With the help of appropriate support the learner can gain knowledge
regarding the practical environment and a personal interviewer will
be hired through which the experiences of the learner will be gained.
• With the help of senior authorities all the available materials and
resources can be easily made available and the constraints can be
eliminated regarding the knowledge.

DOCUMENTATION
• Legal documents and frameworks and needs to
be completed before initiating the training
program so that further legal issues can be
eliminated.
• The permission from the senior authorities
should be given so that the training program can
be conducted appropriately. Indication of the
legal documents should be checked and verified
before initiating the training program.
• The next document is of training program
planned. In this document to the planning of the
training program will be conducted according to
which the training session will take place.

• All the necessary details regarding the training program will be
mentioned in the report. This document will be highly
authentic and all the authorities will be involved while
planning the training program.
• The next document is of training packages and endorsed
courses. The courses which has been provided by some
supporting parties will be signed and authenticated. This will
have the agreement which will prove that the training courses
and packages are highly relevant and legal.

SESSION PLAN

DELIVERED SESSION
• The term contextualize means creating a subject into context. Every information will be provided in the
written form. It is also known as place or study in context.
• It will also act as a reference point according to which the statement has been made.
• It could also be a circumstance which creates the event or statement of idea through which it can be fully
understood.
• The purpose of the session plan is to create the process of delivering the lectures and provide an
appropriate amount of training so that suitable lessons can be delivered.

REVIEW
• All the trainees were highly satisfied by the training session
because all the elements were delivered as per their
expectations.
• If the expectations are fulfilled in the training program then
appropriate review can be achieved. It is very important to
deliver the appropriate training session so that perfect
functioning of the progress can be observed.
• If the trainees are able to gain the knowledge appropriately
then suitable results can be achieved without any difficulty.
• The main purpose of the training program is really made the
difficulty and provide the appropriate results expected by the
trainees

Based on the above feedback, how will you utilise the above to adjust your delivery going forward
into the future? Mention a minimum of 3 things that you will do differently going forward if you ever
did that session again.
1. I would inculcate the pattern of presentation and audio visual sessions through which the trainees
will be able to adopt the session appropriately.
2. I would conduct the interview in the team of four people so that they do not hesitate in asking
questions about their doubts.
1. 3 Feedback session will be conducted after every round so that the team members can easily
reciprocate.

SESSION PLAN
• When a session plan is being prepared it is very important to
identify the requirements of the learner so that suitable
planning can be conducted. It is very important to cover all the
elements which needs to be delivered to the learners so that
appropriate results can be achieved.
• All the team members will collaborate and help in performing
their job appropriately so that team goals can be achieved.

In this training session the team members will be
provided with the knowledge regarding the emergency
conditions. If the team member will not be able to use
the emergency equipment then the main agenda of
implementing the fire extinguisher will be filled. The
proper usage of the extinguisher will be disclosed
through which the team members can save their life
during the difficult conditions.
Apply/Activities
Practical sessions will be organised where the team
members will be able experience the knowledge on
field. The presentations will be designed through which
better understanding can be provided regarding
demonstration of the escaping or evacuation.

1. I would prefer to ways communication process where the team members can easily reciprocate to
the trainer.

experience in the training session. This will help them to easily manage to communicate with the
trainer.

experience without any hesitation.
