INTRODUCTION
A business proposal is a written document offered from a businessman to an investor or
sponsor. A proposal has requirements of buyers which favours the product and services of seller
and it also clearly mentions out the capabilities of the seller to satisfy the needs of the buyer
(Runyan and Covin, 2019). For this business proposal the chosen business idea is “Vegan
Restaurant”. It is an idea of providing services to the people who are interested in leading healthy
life and to have a diet that is balanced. In this proposal many points are discussed which is
necessary to impress the sponsors or investors so that they invest in the proposed business. The
points that are covered in this proposal are idea and attribute of product or service, USP and
uniqueness of products or services, statistical data to back up the business idea and so on.
MAIN BODY
The selected business idea is vegan restaurant and the brand name is Healthy &
Delicious Food. It is the type of food service industry which will operate in Scotland, UK. This
business idea will attract large customers because now people are focused towards the protection
of environment, sustainability and leading a healthy life (Oyoo, 2016). The objective of this
restaurant is to give casual dining experience with healthy food in reasonable prices. The unique
selling proposition of the business is going to be the use of finest and freshest ingredients for
making different meals of the restaurant and by using this the establishment will strengthen their
place in the market and can easily communicate and convey that why people should visit their
restaurant rather than their competitors.

By gaining customers of the competitors it will generate more revenue for the company
and can improve profit margins. Some of the uniqueness of vegan restaurant that will help in the
growth of the business are support to local farmers, they can directly make bond with these local
farmers for the purchase of organic products and these products are normally passed the process
of 100% natural (Agmapisarn, 2016). The second uniqueness of the vegan restaurant is that it
promotes land sustainability and increases responsibility towards environment as it encourages
the cultivation of vegan products. Customers are going to attract more and more towards this
restaurant because it promotes healthier life and less consumption of animals products which
protects the environment.
There are many factors that affect the proposed business, some of them are:
Political factors-
It has direct influence over the business of restaurants, their tax policies, guidelines for
health and safety (Hans, 2018). So the restaurant has to take right decisions to minimise the
effect of these regulations by providing good quality food to the customers and providing safe
workplace to their employees.

Economic factors-
It also influence directly like inflation rate prevailing in the operating place of the
restaurant so menu prices have to be decided after knowing the prices of ingredients.
Social factors-
It has positive effect on vegan restaurant because now people are more health conscious
and they prefer healthy food over junk food.
Environmental factors-
In restaurants are indoor plants and proper cleanliness everyday, can use and implement
proper waste management policy, by donating leftover food to the needy people as they will help
in expansion and strengthen loyal customer base.
Now-a-days vegan restaurant is a preference of many consumers because people have a
concern of feeding, they are more concentrate on leading a healthy life with a balanced
diet and to avoid diseases that happen with the consumption of food other than vegan
food. So people will move towards the restaurant as it will help them to maintain the life
they need. The targetted customer for the proposed business is new generation as they
are more health conscious and want to lead a better healthy because in today's world to be
active and smart it is necessary to consume good food items.

The business idea of Healthy & Delicious is investable because it has many uniqueness
like it attracts and motivates people to live a healthy life by consuming vegan food and leaving
all the products from animals which will help in sustainability and protection of the environment
(Phua, Jin and Kim, 2020). As many people get attracted towards the business it will generate
more revenue. The biggest benefit of investing in vegan restaurant is it helps in diminishing
exploitation of animals and promotes cruel free and eco friendly environment.

From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that business proposal is
necessary to initiate a business plan and for the success of the plan. The proposal helps in
defining all the information related to the proposed business like brand name, type of business,
selected industry, targetted customers, market preference and the budget that is going to be used
by the business for the implementation of plan. This information is used by the investors so they
can decide whether to invest in the proposed business or not.
