EASE IN USING THE WEBSITE 2
Several factors were considered while designing the website to ensure the platform meets
the users’ requirements and enhances their experiences. Users’ needs and preferences for the
website design were supported sufficiently providing them with an experience they could enjoy
as well as an avenue to achieve their goals easily. To enhance users experiences while
navigating through the website, elements of delight were added to user interactions. Among
these elements are shortcuts that appear on the homepage allowing the users to complete
common tasks quickly. In addition, high-quality content is included in the design, which offers
the audience high quality and credible website. Most visitors to any website are impatient and
need instant gratification on the services they seek online ( Foraker Labs , 2015). To ensure
the website meets the user expectations, highly intuitive navigation, as well as a minimum
cognitive load, is applied in the design of the website to attract and retain the attention of the
visitors visiting the platform. Also, to give users control of the browser when navigating the
website, data consistency is upheld throughout the data presentation of the site. Unexpected

users to get back to a webpage they have been before.

through multiple hoops and form filling turns to be contentious, putting them off (Friedman,
2008). By following marketing principles, digital marketing was applied during the design of
the website, resulting in customers retaining their ticket purchases and increasing sales. Another
factor is how well the website is responsive on a mobile phone. The website is designed for
viewing easily on any device. The design is quite responsive since it includes an automatic
