This article discusses the importance of developing effective ICT and academic skills for personal growth and academic success. Academic and ICT skills will help this process (300 words)
Learning process has a crucial necessity in a student’s life in order to succeed
towards personal growth and development. For instance, a student with sufficient
knowledge is considered and recognised above other students with less knowledge
and interpersonal skills. Moreover, higher knowledge and information leads to
acceleration of personal growth and development of a student in life. These
enormous numbers of skills and values has their own importance in a student or
any individual’s entire life (Bachik. and Kitzman, 2020). Improvisation and
enhancement of these skills facilitates in efficient academic result as teachers and
mentors in an educational institute are aimed at overall development of a student.
Therefore, initiating efficient efforts for development and improvising these skills
and values result in personal development of a student in order to succeed in life.

Being a student I have considered learning process as a essential and necessary process
throughout life of an individual. As I personally believe that no individual could ever be
perfect in life as there will always be scope of betterment in an individual's entire life.
Personal development with consistent has a crucial necessity in order to attain growth and

development. For instance, learning of new aspects and concepts in life facilitates me in
being ready to face future circumstances on personal as well as professional level (Beisly,
Kwon and Jeon, 2020). My personal development and growth is revolves around
enormous values and skills to be achieved and enhanced in order to ensure personal
growth.
Reflective Observation
Leap on line is majorly aimed at development of their students to their maximum potential
level in order to secure future career and ensuring future success. In the duration of
learning from this platform I have acquired immense amount of knowledge and insightful
information in order to ensure personal growth and development. Learning in this whole
duration was comprised of various different skills and values provided through Leap on line
through different practices and activities. Moreover, each and every skill among them has
their own importance in growth and development process of an individual towards
achievement of desired personal goals (Ng and Hodges, 2020).
Abstract Conceptualisation
The respective learning platform has organised many tests and assessment that facilitates
in identification of skills and values. For instance, this identification of skills and values
involves determination of existing skills of an individual as well as skills with scope of
improvisation. With performing in these assessments consistently I have been provided
with feedbacks from mentors and teachers. These feedback included marking or grading
with reference to particular individual skills or values necessary for my personal growth
and development (Rasheed, and et. al.,, 2020).
. Furthermore, the provided feedbacks resulted in determination of my existing skills as well as skills
or values with scope of improvement.
Active Experimentation
Personal Development Plan has been taken into consideration in order to initiative efforts
towards these skills and values in a systematic manner. This plan will include systematic manner of
activities to be carried out in order to accomplish desired goals and objectives. Following this
personal development plan will result in achievement and improvement of my personal skills and
values in order to accomplish personal goals (Rose, 2018). These skills and values with need and
scope for improvisation are effective communication, problem solving, self-confidence, etc.

Therefore, I have considered consistent experimental approach towards personal development in
order to succeed in life and reach new heights.
