Abstract
This report is based upon research that is done on the topic related to training and development
within Aston Martin. There is a secondary method used for collecting data and information
related to research topic. There is an overview of systematic literature review that is conducted
for completing the research work. Development of employees can be related to adaptability,
behaviour, attitudes and human relation. The present study talks about training and development
strategies used within Aston Martin for increasing the performance of employees and staff. In
this company, training and development programmes are designed in such a way that employees
become competitive and organisational targets can be achieved in time. The following research is
based upon secondary research. Training provides help in providing a good environment to the
new employees. Training within orientation provides a platform to the companies in enhancing
skills and abilities of new employees. There are some limitations of each and every employee
and by using training and development programs, it is easy to enhance skills. Various
shortcomings of employees including sales training, middle management, first time managers
and executive leadership is helpful for attaining success.

resource management. Training is defined as a systematic setup which is used for enhancing
their performance. The main focus of this is to make employees learn new things that are
involved within business environment functioning. On the other hand, development is defined as
holistic growth of workforce (Lytovchenko, 2016). Development of employees can be related to
adaptability, behaviour, attitudes and human relation. The present study talks about training and
