Effective communication means having appropriate interaction among workforce due to which organisational polices and strategies can be discussed effectively(De Meester and et.al., 2013).To sustain a positive work environment, every organisation is required to have effective team and communication that help in resolving issues by efficient means. Communication can either have a positive and negative impact on the working of an organisation. This assignment is written in context with Disabilities trust which is a UK charity organisation, situated in Burges Hill, West Sussex. This report will cover workplace communication and performance of employees within firm. TASK Communication is defined as a process by which information is exchanged and conveyed by an individual to another with the help of symbols, signs and different languages. In case of team work, communication plays an essential role in sustaining a positive relation among teammates. It will helps in enhancing the overall productivity of the company. Appropriate interaction and communication skills will benefit the firm in completing their tasks in a systematic way. If communication process of an organisation is poor then it will results in conflicts and issues among employees & employers. Hence, it is vital for the manager in Disabilities trust to build appropriate coordination among its workforce. It will increases the chances of success for the concerned firm in achieving their organisational goals and desires. In case of Disabilities trust, it is essential for the employer to have good communication skills so that issues and problems of employees can be acknowledged and resolved in a proper manner (Garbee and et .al., 2012).
