INTRODUCTIONEffective team is defined as a group of people which are capable to perform complex anddifficult task in a simplified manner. Effective communication means having appropriateinteraction among workforce due to which organisational polices and strategies can be discussedeffectively (De Meester and et.al., 2013). To sustain a positive work environment, everyorganisation is required to have effective team and communication that help in resolving issuesby efficient means. Communication can either have a positive and negative impact on theworking of an organisation. This assignment is written in context with Disabilities trust which isa UK charity organisation, situated in Burges Hill, West Sussex. This report will coverworkplace communication and performance of employees within firm. TASKCommunication is defined as a process by which information is exchanged and conveyedby an individual to another with the help of symbols, signs and different languages. In case ofteam work, communication plays an essential role in sustaining a positive relation amongteammates. It will helps in enhancing the overall productivity of the company. Appropriateinteraction and communication skills will benefit the firm in completing their tasks in asystematic way. If communication process of an organisation is poor then it will results inconflicts and issues among employees & employers. Hence, it is vital for the manager inDisabilities trust to build appropriate coordination among its workforce. It will increases thechances of success for the concerned firm in achieving their organisational goals and desires. Incase of Disabilities trust, it is essential for the employer to have good communication skills sothat issues and problems of employees can be acknowledged and resolved in a proper manner(Garbee and et .al., 2012). This will benefit them in running their charity organisation, withoutfacing any complexities. For having an effective team work, employer is required tocommunicate with each member without any discrimination and partiality so that all team canwork in a coordinated way (O'leary and et. al. 2012). below are mentioned some measureswhich can be adapted by employer in Disabilities trust to communicate and interact with team:One to one interaction: It is the best way by which an employer can interact with itsemployees in a clear manner. This will improves engagement of employees within a firm.1
