of the people are using internet and they prefer to buy products online. In the recent time, hotel
industry is taking support of various equipment.. Customers are life blood of the business. They
are essential stakeholder of entity and work as advertisers of the firm. If they are satisfied then
they give positive feedback to others about products and services of the entity. These
technologies allow corporation in making connection with the mass audience and gaining their
attention. By this way company becomes able to identify their needs and wants and become able
to offer them satisfactoriness goods and services (Hanelt and et.al, 2015).

the efficiency and effectiveness of the business in the hotel sector. It has also provided benefit to
the customers as well it can directly contact their suppliers for customise products and services
which increases their value and provide high satisfaction.

Personal reflection
From the above report, I have learnt various digital technologies that are used in modern
business. I also use many new digital technologies on business activities in Qbic Hotel firm.
There are many challenges that faced by entity in implementing these digital technologies. I also
learn different ways to improve the business operation efficiency of the firm through effective
utilization. From this report, I have also learned about different techniques to carry out my
research work. There are various methodologies which can be applied for the research work such
as through technologies like internet, we can find all the relevant topics and study them
thoroughly for our better understanding. This will help to make the research work more effective
and of better quality. Methods like gathering the appropriate information from the external
market is also beneficial for the research work.
There are many other factors that are available for us to get the appropriate data through
various sources such as analysing the annular reports, books, journals, articles available for us on
the internet. We should utilize this information as much as possible to complete the research
work.
All the research methods, such as, for theories and models I have used inductive method and
for survey, qualitative method has been used which was very useful for me in gathering data for
my research. These methods helped a lot in collect information related to my topic, for example,
with the help questionnaire, I concluded a lot of information. And for data collection, primary
method was used which was very useful in the completion of my research. I have identified
various sampling techniques also which can be applied in the research projects for the better
results and outcomes.
After completion of the research study, there has been rise in my learning and
acknowledgement of various activities. I have learned through this entire research project that
impacts of digital revolution will bring qualitative changes in an organisation. The hospitality
industry as Qbic Hotel will have effective operational determination and gains as per executing
entire business operations. Further, the selection of methodology for data collection and analysis
has the positive impacts on selection of authentic sources for better analysis.
