• All social workers have their own
moral values and beliefs; however
failure of such thing leads to conflicts
and issues.
• The main challenge occurs at the time
when conflict arises in the health care
workers and when they fail to uphold
the values and beliefs.
MAINTENANCE OF
CONFIDENTIALITY
• It is essential for a health care practitioner
to maintain confidentiality and secrecy;
hence for such purpose, information
should be directly recorded in the
database.
• However, it has been observed that social
workers sometimes do not respect client’s
right to privacy and confidentiality;
therefore sometimes, it leads to
disclosure of information.
IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN
RELATIONS
• In health and social care context, chief
importance is also given towards
developing better relationships with the
clients so that they can avail better health
care amenities.
• Most often, care practitioners do not
consider the importance of human
relations and as a result, they show
negative attitude towards the patients.
This creates more challenges in HSC.
Further, issues are also
generating in HSC because of
improper supply of drugs.
It has been identified that
drugs are not supplied as per
the legal framework which
not develops supply and
demand management issues.
Illegal issues are also
developing in the health care
sector wherein health care
service providers are not
considering legal and
suitable framework while
delivering the care services.
