INTRODUCTION
Hospitality business is the fastest growing in which acquire talent trends and adoption of
digital technology. It is likely that almost includes all industries, which are majorly impacted by

In Conrad Hotel, Manager is mainly focused on the adoption of leadership style that
works best way to explore as sign of business success. Basically, there are different kind of
leadership styles useful in the Conrad Hotel.

Autocratic Style-
In this leadership style, Manager of Conrad Hotel is following the regime seems to be
rigid in different ways but there is no space for change. Here, individual’s staff members can
assume all the power themselves and make decisions. An autocratic leader can give instruction
on the different staff members regarding the task executions (Hussain and et.al., 2020). This type
