Recruitment & Selection is related with hiring best applicant from the pool of candidatewho have applied for a certain position available in the company. The role of HR is to criticallyassess qualification, skills and knowledge of all the candidate and then select the best one. JobDescription is considered as the key element of successful recruitment & selection process. Ithelps in developing interview questions on the basis of which company evaluates the ability ofan individual (Cottrell, 2015).
