INTRODUCTIONThis report is based on the Employability skills which provide the employment to the employees. In this report, it contains the all relevant information which is related to the Employability skills of Tesco. The effective experiences always provide the effective and efficient skills to the employees. In this report, it contains the all information about the employability skills and it determines the responsibility and performance of the employees. Which types of techniques can be used to improve quality of performance. The employability skills also useful for solving the work based problem. The employability skills provide the effective personality and attitude of the employees towards the organization. In this report, it has been also mentioned about the time management strategies of the employability skills. It also suggests alternative way to complete tasks and achieve the team goals. What are the tools and methods for developing the solution of problems (Wibrow, 2011). TASK 11.1Develop own responsibilities and performance objectivesThe responsibilities and performance is based on the self improvement. The self improvement is useful for improvement the performance for the organization. The own performance and development is important for the self development. The self development is effective for the ability of the people. The planning and the organizing are related from the self development because it extends the performance of the individual. The effective and appropriate performance is totally depending on the experiences because the useful skills provide the effective experiences. The responsibilities always define the ability of the individual that the individual has the ability or not for the responsibilities. The performance always determines the strength and weakness of the individuals. The responsibilities always determine capacity and capability of the employees. The performance is also useful for the growth of the organization because it provide the effective activity and action for the effective organization. The responsibilities and the performance increase the capability and knowledge of the individual. The effective performances depend on the capacity of labor. If the work capacity is high of the individual in that case, it will increase the performance of the individuals (Gravells, 2010). 1.2 Evaluate own effectiveness against defined objectivesThe individuals evaluate the effectiveness with the help of purpose and objective through the organization. There are some systematic manner and way for evaluating the effectiveness of the individual. They are given below:

● Quality and acceptance of responsibility of self jobs: The job capacity of the individual is depend on the standard of organization. The effective responsibilities provide the quality of workfor the organization. It is also helpful for fulfilling the customer services, work quality and increase the use of resources. ● Managing self-jobs: The effectiveness of the individual is helpful in managing the self jobs. The organization should provide the effective job for their employees. It provides the effective quality of the jobs and increases the capacity and ability of work for the organization and provides the effective management for the self jobs. ● Maintenance safety of society: The effectiveness maintains the safety of the society because the safety of society is most important for all type of organization. The effective safety provides the effective relation with the society (Heimler, 2010). The cost of activity and events are not equal for the different customers and provide the effective cast of all events for the different customers. 1.3 Recommendations for improvement The effective tools and techniques are helpful for me because it increase of my skills and ability of working. The effective human resources are helpful in the promotion and provide the recommendation for the improvement. The improvement is most important for the development of the employees. An employee is able to take the organization at the higher level for that he is responsible for the reducing the cost of the product, increase the goodwill of organization and also helpful in providing the effective product and services. It is helpful in providing the ideas for the organization and implements it in the organization. It is helpful in changing the management for the organization and implements the new management activities. It also increases the work habit of the individual for measuring the performance of the individuals. In the organization level, the all employees are not experienced in that they need to an effective work area for the development of their experiences. So, it provides the innovative workplace to the employees for achieving the goals and objectives of theorganization and organization should also provide the recommendations for the improvement of their employees. 1.4 Motivational techniques improves quality of performance The motivational technique is helpful for improving the quality of the performance. The motivational technique is helpful in fulfilling the needs are wants of the employees. The motivational techniques always improve the quality of performance of the employees and provide them the effective education and training for their needs and wants.There are two types of employees who are able to fulfilling their needs and wants.
