All team member must trust their team member so that they can rely on each other for their assigned task (Bates and et.al., 2019). render the complete and assure work to the leaders as this reflect the performance of the overall team (Suleman, 2018). The each team member work should be appropriate and good which is helpful in achieving the target effectively and efficiently. The each team member must be accountable to their work which is assigned to them in their team and which is being done by them for the overall team objective attaining. Focusing on result - The all team member must focus on the result that the work which is done by them must be good and thus the results are effectively achieved by them in the manner that it is helpful for the organization in gaining the huge profit and thus it also enhances the performance of the individual and their work criteria (Messumand et.al.,2016). The result must be good and accurate by the all team member and their main aim must be achieving their best result and targets on time or before time. Analysation of team dynamics - The team dynamics are psychological, unconscious forces which influence direction for team's performance and behaviour. It is created by the team's work nature, team members workingrelationshipwiththeotherteammember, personalitiesamongtheteamand environment of working in each team (Lim and et.al., 2016). It is good for he team performance. The working relationship among the team member must be good and flexible so that this reflects the healthy team work relationship among the team worker and they are influenced to attain the targets and objectives which are given to them by their team leaders. The personalities among the team member is also the another team dynamics which must being observed as the each individual has their won individual personalities some time the person with different personality conflict with other personality individual so it must be determined by the leader and this then effects the overall targeted achieving strategy as they could be able to work in the team if the individuals personality doesn't match with the other one (Messum and et.al., 2017). The working nature of the team is also plays a major role as the team member must be synchronized with each other and their working nature must be positive so that they can easily gain the objective and target which is to achieved by them by their team work. If there is negative working nature in the team then the objective couldn't be achieved by the team as they doesn't have any positive vibes and motivation among the team member for achieving the target on time and effectively with the good spirit.

Tracking progress on goals - After setting the goal it must be tracked by the leader so that they can monitor whether the task are being performed well or not. If it is not then they could guide or help out so that the task can be achieved effectively on time and better output can be get out of that. It is very helpful for the team leader for knowing whether the performance if the individual team member is upto the mark or not. Helping in meeting the goals - The leader could help their team member in attaining the goals so that they can get through the objective which is being accomplished by them (Collet, Hine and Du Plessis, 2015).
