2EMPLOYABILITY SKILSJournal entry 1:According to the Gallup strength theory key aspects are:• Talents are always appreciated or hired by the great leaders.• Finding the perfect person for a particular job.• Give the priority to the strength, not the weakness• Caring and managing employees properly.• Recognize and reward good performance.• Always give the value to the others opinion.• Setting clear and clean, straightforward expectations which can be achieved.B) Description: This Gallup theory defines the nature of the strength of a leader, and allthe theories are very important. I can apply all these theories in my career to develop my skills. Ican apply these theories to develop my knowledge and leadership nature. Analysis: I learned how to cooperate with the employees, how to communicate with theemployees, how to find the perfect person for the perfect job. All these theories also help me todevelop my nature of working and leading activity (Hodges and Kennedy 2015). I learned toappreciate the talent in the workplace. I can apply this theory to increase the effectiveness of theemployees, finding the strength to highlight the positivity.
