Introduction
Employee motivation is defines as an intrinsic drive that put necessary impact
on efforts and actions based on work related activities. It defines as a attitude
that workers holds towards their working. Motivated employees leads to attain
high level of output. Therefore is a key to company success (Meissner and
Shmatko, 2019). The main aim of conducting this presentation is to enhance
the knowledge regarding motivation of employees that manager gives to their
employees.

Positive managerial action 1
Managerial action is a type of local action, act, decisions and policies that is
mainly open to support manager to solve the employees conflicts, related poor
performance and unacceptable behaviours so that more possibility of enjoying
long term opportunities are attained. The positive managerial action is related
to policy of the company i.e. equal opportunity policy (Ashcroft, Blatti and
Jaramillo, 2020). This is mainly based on the equality act in which a business
organisation pay their employees according to the working criteria.
