INTRODUCTIONEmployees are the important factors for every organization to attain better successbecause they perform their best for getting positive results. In simple world employees as well asworkers are backbone of the company. In this manager of the company responsible formaintaining better relationship with them. It helps in evaluating positive and healthy workenvironment which directly encourage employees morale towards their work. Better employeesand employer relation directly affect the company performance because both are main elementsfor organization . It not only increase overall productivity but also contribute n resolving all theconflicts situation at workplace. One of the main advantage of better employees relation is toachieving competitive advantage from its rivals (Abbott, Heery and Williams, 2011). Presentreport is based on Tesco company, which is multinational grocery enterprise that operate theirbusiness in various areas. In this company better employees relation helps in providing betterservices to their customers in order to get their positive satisfaction. This report include unitaryand pluralistic terms which aid defining positive employees relation at workplace. It alsodiscussed main player of employees which contribute in overall success of the company. Alongwith this, human resource management also discussed in this project which helps in definingbetter involvement of employees in their decision making process.TASK 11.1 Explain the unitary and pluralistic frames of referenceEmployees relation is one of the important concept for Tesco which helps in achievinghigher success at market place. For resolving this Tesco use various methods and approaches to manage positive workenvironment by maintaining strong relation with the employees (Bedo, Demirbag and Wood,2011). The main function of using various methods to encourage employees morale so that theyperform their best and achieve positive results.
