INTRODUCTIONEmployees are one of the important asset of the organization and also contribute insuccess of the company. It is very important for the manager of the company to maintain goodand healthy relation with all the employees in order to get their commitment. One of the mainadvantage of managing effective employees is to increase overall productivity of the company inmarket place. Employee and employer relation affect the company performance so that it isnecessary for the manager to maintain them effectively (What are Employee Relations?, 2017).Better employees relation not only contribute in enhancing the productivity but also reduce thechances of rising the conflict situation at the workplace. It aid in achieving the competitiveadvantage in the market place from its rival. Present report is based on Tesco, it is amultinational grocery company and operating their process in various countries. With the help ofgood employee relation Tesco easily deliver their quality services to its customers and attaintheir higher satisfaction. In this report various frame like unitary and pluralistic terms areincluded which affect the employees relation in positive manner. It also define the main player ofemployee and employer. Along with this, various approaches are also used by the manager toresolve all the conflicts situation at workplace.TASK 11.1 Unitary and pluralistic frame of referenceBetter employee relation is more important for the Tecso to achieve the competitiveadvantage. With the help of this company easily reach their target and attain it effectively. In thismany changes take place to maintain the employee relation in the business. In today's businessenvironment the main focus of the firm is to enhance the employees productivity to get theircommitment and also share better decisions to control the conflict situation (Saunders, 2012).For this company use various approaches to manage better employee relation among all theemployees so that they can able to attain all the target of Tesco. The main aim of usingapproaches is to manage effective workforce which lead in carry-out all the activities inappropriate manner. Various fames are as follows:1
