INTRODUCTIONEmployee relation is defined as company's effort for managing relationship amongmanager and workers. The organisation having good employee relations helps in providing equaltreatment to all staff which leads to achievement of goal and objectives along with loyaltytowards company (Anitha, 2014). Every organisation should maintain good and strongrelationship with their staff that leads to high productivity. The given assignment is based onChez Bruce restaurant which was founded in 1995 at London, England. It is a modern Frenchdining, fine wines with decorated space for customers. The report covers values and importanceof employee relations along with employment laws which will be followed for effective workingand fulfilment of duties and responsibilities. The analysis of stakeholder and their impact onemployee relationship is also discussed. TASK 1P1 Value and importance of employee relationsEmployee Relations as a PrinciplesIn order to maintain employee relations in an organisation, there are some principleswhich needs to be followed. These principles are made by HR manager in order to providesecurity and safety to working staff. The principle can be related with dignity and respect whereall subordinates are treated equal. Similarly, other principle is related with honest andstraightforward in which employee relation should be conducted on basis on this way.Employee Relations as a ConceptEmployee relations is defined as relationship between employer and workers formanaging all activities in an organisation (Carter and et. al., 2013). It is very important to treatall employees equally and provide them benefits for running business successfully. When goodrelationship is created with staff then it helps in resolving problems arise at Chez Bruce. HRstrategies are formulated for effective employees relations. The staff are given high value as theyare stakeholder of business. They are the most important assets of any organisation who helps inachieving final goal and objectives.Value of positive employee relationsThe positive relationship with employee's helps in creating value for them which providevarious benefits to organisation. This impact business in positive manner and assist in fulfilment
