INTRODUCTION
Employee relation are relation which will help employees to work in efficiently.
Walmart is American multinational company. It was founded by SAM Walton in 1945.
Company is providing products and products of company are sold in departmental stores.
Company has 11438 stores all over world and it is spreading in 27 countries. principles of
employee relations are discussed in report. Employment laws are made by country government
for protecting employees and so employment laws are discussed in report. Duties and obligations
which are faced by employees in office premises. Stake holders analysis is done for maintaining
employees relations in company. This report includes positive and negative impacts of employee
relations with different stake holders. Report providing knowledge to students about effective
working of management and employment relationships (Forret, Balachandra and Anand, 2018).

P1) Explain value and importance of employee relations
Employee relations are important because employees are working in company. Employee
relation can improve performance of employees and performance of company in market.
Fewer conflicts at workplace
Many employees are working at company and every employee has different thoughts and
so conflicts are rising between employees. Conflicts will reduce productivity level of employees
which are workings in company. Trust and friendship among employees is affected and so work
is suffering due to bad employee relations. So, employee must maintain friendly nature in office
environment and employees will feel suitable while working with employees in company (Ben-
Nasr and Ghouma 2018).
Increased productivity
Employee relations will improve performance of company and so productivity will be
increased. Every employee in office should enjoy while working with other employees in
company. When employees is happy it will give the best performance and it will increase
productivity. Employers must try to motivate employees for maintaining employees relations and
encourage them for working in team projects which will maintain employees relations.
Employees are comfortable while working in company and so employees will feel satisfied while
working so they will give their best and productivity will be increased.
Increase employee loyalty

Employee loyalty is increased when productive and pleasant working environment is
provided to them. Working environment will improve employees retention and cost if
recruitment of new employee and hiring new employee is cut automatically. New employee need
to be trained and company has to spend cost on employees which will cut drastically. If
Employees are loyal towards company and these will increase employees loyalty towards
company (Unsal 2019). Better working condition for employees will make them comfortable,
and so they will give their best while working, and they will be loyal towards company as well.
Work is easy
All duties and responsibilities are divide and every one in team are communicating with
each other and these will improve employees relations. Work is becoming easy and when work
shared with friendly colleagues. Organization will work in effective manner when organization
is working as family. Effective employee relation will change the working environment of
company and employees will work in company.
Increase decision-making skills
There are various issues which could not be solved by employees individually. Some
employees need help form colleagues and leaders which are working in company. It will help
company to achieve targets. Employees are not able to take decision alone because employees
will not work in effective manner. So employers must motivate employees, and they will be
motivated to work in effective manner. Increase in decision-making process will bring
confidence among employees.
Decrease in absenteeism and retention rate
Effective employee relation can increase performance of employees but also it will
decrease absenteeism and retention rate. Employee will be motivated to work, and they are
enjoying work which is done in office hours. It will also result in effective working environment
and employees have also made friends while working in company. Employees are loyal towards
company, and they are not willing to leave company at any cost.

Employment laws are made for protecting employees in company. There are various act
and laws which are made by government for making an eye on companies (Walls 2017).
