INTRODUCTION
An employee's relation can be crested when employees and the employee of the
organization agreed to perform a work, mangers of the company supervise work of the
employees, and they give proper direction of the task and make them understand the task. They
all mangers and employees are part of the company and it is important for the company to have
good relation among the companies stakeholders. Business cannot be successful if their stack-
holders relation is mot good.
This report will cover the impotence of stack holders relation in the Walmart company
and it will also explain the fundamentals of the employees low. This report will properly explain
rights and duties of the employees and employer and It will also include exploration of the
various mechanisms for maging the relations between employment and this report will also
provide specific example and justified solutions. This report will provide stack-holders analysis
and of Walmart company and anaize that how Stack-holders engagement and contribution can
support positive employment relationship. In the end this report will analyze and cover the
impact of both negative and positive employees relations on the different stack holders. This
report will cover this all.
TASK 1
Value and importance of employee relations
Effective employee relations are playing the vital role in performance of the employee in
the company. There are several issues which the employee could not solve alone and the
employee need to solve these issues. So the employee is taking the help form the senior
employees which are providing the guidance to the employees. Some need to take the decisions
in the effective way, but they are not able to take the decision. So the employees need
motivation. Work is shared among all the employees so the work among the employees is easy.
All the employees are working together than the employees would enjoy the work and then also
the environment of the company would be changed. Employees feel motivated if the employee
of the company would trust the other employees (Wellin 2016). Healthy relation between the
employees of the company is reducing the conflicts among the employee is the company.
Through these the company would change the performance of the employees and the
productivity as well.

Explain the fundamentals of employment laws
Employment laws include the employees laws which are made for protecting the
employees. The Laws consist of the health and safety act 1974 and national minimum wage act
1998. The laws are focusing on the employees health and safety. It states that the company
premise must ensure the safety precautions which are made for the company. The act consist of
the employment rules and regulations which are made for the company and the employees as
well. The guidelines are provided for the employee which are working in the company.
Employees must be provided the minimum salaries, and they must not be cheated. The
discrimination must be avoided in the company and if caught the employee would file the
compliant for the company which would result in the heavy penalty. Job security must be
provided to the employees which are working in the organization. Walmart need to follow the
rules and regulations made by the government of the UK and also it is the global company so
company have to follow the rules as per the country.
Suggestion to improve the employee relations
Walmart would improve the employee relations by the effective communication between
the employees and the employees must also have focus on the company mission and values.
Through these the employees feel motivated, and they try to improve the performance.
Employees must be given rewards and but these employees which are not performing well must
be motivated and the employees of the company would work in the effective manner. These
measures would improve the employee relations in the company (Solinger, Hofmans Bal and
Jansen 2016). Company would also encourage the team work through these the employees would
communicate and the employees relations would improve as well. It would also promote the
healthy work life balance of the employees. Suggestions given by the employees must be
appreciated through these the employees would feel valuable and the employees would motivate
as well. Company must also offer the career development programs for the employees.

Different types of rights duties and obligations
The rights and duties of the employer and employee is equal towards every one in the
company. Employers have the control over the employees, but they should provide the fair
treatment to the employees which are working in the organization. Employee would provide the
motivation and the safety of the employees and the employers is important as well. Employers
