INTRODUCTIONEmployee relation is considered as relationship between employee and employer of theorganisation. It is related to achieving entity's effectiveness as well meeting goals efficiently. Thepresent report is based on understanding significance of employee relations for John Lewispartnership. It belongs to retail industry and provide clothes, watches, jewellery, food items to amillion people of the world. In this regard, unitary and pluralistic frames as well importance ofchanges in trade unionism's influence on employee relations can be understood. Moreover, keyfeatures of employee relations for solving out conflicts will be introduced. In addition to this, thisassignment also covers to understand negotiation in solving out conflict occurred in the entity.However, methods used for gaining employees' participation towards working in group andinfluence of human resource management on employee relation is to discussed. TASK 11.1 Unitary and pluralistic framesIt is recognised that coordination of employee and employer is essential to meet business'goals and increasing its efficiency. For this purpose, managers prepare strategies for coordinationamong workers and emerging interests to increase entity's effectiveness (Paterson, 2015). Inaddition to this, for employee relations and managing work, two approaches are followed onsuch as; unitary and pluralistic which can be understood as:Unitary frame:Under this approach, manager manages his work at his own level by segmenting workaccording to his analysis. In this regard, he is responsible for making important decisionsregarding business operations as such selecting team leader, work segmentation among them andso on (Al-Sarayrah and et.al., 2016). However, there is no discussion between employees andemployers which depends on entity's effectiveness and growth. In accordance to this, it emphasison following philosophies that can be understood as:Manager has ability to manage work himself as well dividing work among its employeesfor organisation's effectiveness.For finding out the best solution out of alternatives, brainstorming session is quiteessential which influences entity's business performance and growth.Pluralistic approach:1
