 Objective :
The main aim of the study is to examine the factors which tend
to have an impact on the employee retention in a firm. It seeks to
identify the different factors which influence an employee to stay.
 Method:
A quantitative analysis was used to find the factors and certain
companies in Hyderabad, India were selected to analyse the
impact of the climate of a company and the satisfaction on the
employee retention schemes. The study collected data from 95
employees and the response received was quite consistent.
Moreover, this data then underwent a Bivariate analysis in order
to measure the statistical significance between the two given
variables.

 Argument:
The arguments and findings of the given study
presented the results that organizational climate
has a strong association with the satisfaction the
employee receives from the job and the employee
retention of the firm.
 Conclusion:
Hence, from the given study it can be largely
understood that the combining factors of job
satisfaction and a good environment contribute
towards the employee retention in an organization.

The primary objective of the article is to identify and
examine the factors with the help of relevant literature
that form the primary reason behind employee
turnover. Moreover, the article suggests the different
ways in which employee turnover can be improved in a
firm.
 Method:
The methodology followed in the paper is based on a
conceptual framework which uses various variables to
explain the concept of employee turnover and address
the different strategies so that these issues which often
come up can be resolved.
Article 2 (Factors impacting
employee retention and turnover)

 Argument:
The journal article presents an argument which
states that there are quite a number of reasons
why employees within an organization would like
to continue their employment and how these
reasons should be harnessed in order to ensure
success and improve the turnover rate.
 Conclusion:
Hence, the management of any company is
required to engage in various practices so that
the turnover rate of the firm improves.

 The journal articles chosen are very
extensive in nature and tend to contribute
towards the field of Human resource
Management in the following manner:

shift which exists in the current trends of HRM.
