Q2. Analysing the factors that affect the achievement of promoting and maximising the rights of
users.
Factors that affect the achievements of promoting the rights of Mr Taz have been given
below:
Problems in communication: Sometimes, due to lack of communication issues service
users cannot connect his feelings to the service providers and with care workers, doctors. They
cannot understand and speak well because of damage of corresponding nerve. In that situation,
patient may speak negative words so that service provider may not understand the same. So that,
this factor may fails to give best services to the patient and break the communication channel
between doctors and them (Holroyd-Leduc, and et.al, 2016).
Aggression: Aggression is the second factor which affects Mr Taz promoting activities.
Due to medicines and machines, patient gets irritated and frustrate due to which they behave
wrongly. In that case, doctors will not get the actual needs of the patient and fails to give them
proper comfort level.
Culture & attitudes and beliefs: Health care service providers may not understand the
patient behaviour due to some factors such as culture background, beliefs and norms. Mr Taz has
different behaviour due to which they cannot maintain itself comfortable in the environment of
health care centre (Lamkanfi, 2016).
Q3. Explaining the factors that may contribute to loss of independence, non participation and
social exclusion
Mr Taz is the person suffering from hearing problem due to which they get nervous and
aggressive sometimes. In order to give better cure, organisation needs to adopt some effective
factors and ways to enhance motivation and confidence level of Mr Taz. This helps to take

Awareness while speaking: Service users must need to determine the needs of service
users. They need to aware body language voice tone while talking to them. Adding to more they
also need to communicate with service users with polite manner.
Questioning: Doctors and care provider has duty to ask questions to the services users in
order to ensure the patients’ needs and wants. For that, they need to ask more questions from
them to understand the better feelings of service users. It helps Mr. Taz to interact better with the
doctors and enhances his participation in several activities (Niezen, 2016).
Positive communication: there should be the positive communication between Mr Tax
and doctors who treat them. It helps Mr Taz to interact better with the persons so that they can
better express itself in front of the customers. Communication is the best way to create interest
and enthusiasm among the individuals. Organisation should organise some interaction session for
the patient to know them better and treat them in an effective manner.
Spend times with Patients: Patients are very sensitive and needs to get special attention
from the service providers. For that, care worker should spend some quality times with the
patients to make them feel comfortable and happy. Overall, it gives better comfort zone to Mr
Taz and help them to recover rapidly.
All these factors are the ways to achieve overall target of the organisation in order to give
the best services to them. The main purpose of the care centres is to provide the finest services to
the patients so that they recover from his diseases. Through all these factors, it helps Mr Taz to
initiate in different activities and make confidence level up.
Q4. Analysing how communication between physiotherapy team and Mr Taz help to promoting
the rights of Mr Taz.
In order ton maintain the proper work and positive environment in the health care centres.
There should be a positive communication process between the users and service providers. In
accordance with the case of Mr Taz that they suffering from the hearing impairment due to
which they cannot listen perfectly (Ocloo, and Matthews, 2016). For that, service providers need
to arrange some different process of communication to understand his needs and wants. So that,
they cannot feel alone and disabled. This approach helps in promoting and maximising the rights
of users. Organisation needs to consider different communication for specially disabled service
users. In order to make proper communication channel between the users and people. In the case

motivation. For that individual needs to adopt attractive environment for the users in order to
give them proper environment. Besides, as per the patient hearing disability managers, team
members and care workers should be well trained and well educated in the particular fields in
order to maintain proper communication with the service users such as verbal or non verbal skills
or in sign languages (Roberts and Chapman, 2017). Furthermore, services providers needs to
adopt clear tone of language which is understandable to the patients. This all measures helps to
maintain the quality of health care services and ensuring the proper rights and protection of
individual.
Medical practitioners should aware about the latest technologies and tools which helps to
maintain the proper safety of patient privacy level. This process helps to maintain the rights of
people. For that, organisation of health and care services should keep the records of patient
safely. Furthermore, care workers or service providers need to understand the symptoms and

Medical health care centres have several duties and rights to ensure the patient safety and
security such as right to privacy, right to be treated politely, right to independence, right to
complain etc. these rights are directly derived from independence, participation of service users.
In this sector some issues has been arisen due to lack of care of service providers. Then its result
would be bad image of the organisation, bad mental condition of service users etc. therefore, it is
very necessary for the organisation to ensure the proper safety and security level of service users.
Besides, they need to maintain the proper balance between the rights and needs of the individual
in order to follow the correct procedure and policies (Folland, Goodman and Stano, 2016). In
order to secure the life of Mr Harry to cook his meal service provider needs to guide them
properly and help them top understand the things because it is the responsibility of the service
provider to ensure the safety of the patient. There are some duties of service providers to ensure
the safety of patient.

angry, learning disability, boredom, mood swings. In order ton maintain the proper safety
reactions and precautions service providers need to ensure the all precautions and carry out the

2017).
Safety verses right and responsibility: As Mr. Harry needs attention every time due to
his measure disease. Accordance with the case per the law people has right to go anywhere as
they want but having disease like this they may hurt people outside. For that, so here it is the
problem for the service care workers to handle the patient. Therefore, it is the responsibility of
the service providers to select individual safety first then right and responsibility.
In order to maintain the proper balance between the service users and service providers
