HP stands for Hewlett-Packard organization is known to be a leading provider of different things like
products, solution, and services to various organizations and consumer [11]. This particular organization tends
to offer a certain number of things like personal computing, access drive and lastly image printing. In the year
2002, Hewlett Packard and Compaq computer corporation which is known to be the largest tech merge [2]. It
has a dynamic and powerful team of 140,000 employees which tend to serve more than one billion customers
in more than 160 countries. In the year 2002, the overall revenue was estimated to be around 72 billion dollars.
In the coming pages of the report, an identification has been done on the various kinds of issues in HP
(Hewlett-Packard). After that, an analysis has been done with respect to the identified issues. The proper
design of the Zachman framework and its strategy map has been discussed in details. The strategy map comes
up with four vital aspects that are financial view, customer view, internal process and lastly learning and
growth view has been discussed in details.

Large number of business is looking forward to enhancing their overall efficiencies. It can easily clout
with the given business along with increasing the overall goal of the different shareholder. Along with scale, it
can also improve the complexity and issues in coordination [3]. This is known to be precise for various kinds of
challenges of HP when it merged with the organization named Compaq. HP encountered a challenge to
immediately start for integration of various operation under the given organization which is needed for
integration of operation of two organizations for achieving scale, reduction of cost and complexity of various
information technology [5]. It requires business and overall experiences of consumer experiences with proper
technology. It is performed on country by country platform and the whole integration process require physical
blending of HP and another kind of Compaq resources which facilities and people and solidification of unified
image.
Analysis of the issues in HP
In Norway, both the organization that is HP and Compaq are focusing in Oslo and between more than
