IntroductionWith time, different types of changes that has taken place and improvement oradvancement in technology has helped in making people reach out their requirements effectively.Majority of services are available in form of application and is connected through electronicdevices. A boom is seen in cinema and on yearly basis its contribution is increasing. This waythere is an opportunity identified (Charland and Leroux, 2011). In this context, an application hasbeen developed that provide proper services to people who want to book tickets faster and withgreat ease. It is targeted for people who are between age group from 18 to 34 as the rate thesegroup who make use of smartphone. The rate of competition is high but the strategies appliedwill enable to develop positive perception within the mind of customers. There is properexplanation made for each of the areas that will enable to develop an effective plan forCinema4U. 1.0 The ProblemThere are various types of issues that are faced in order to operate the businesseffectively. However, one of the main problem that is identified is in relation with booking oftickets. Customers have to visit the theaters and from there they have to book the ticket. This is atype of issue in which people visit late in the theater as they have to book the tick and this causesdisturbance. In entertainment industry, it is important to make sure that all the people are beingprovided with healthy environment in which they can enjoy. It is important to consider analternative way that can be helpful enough to overcome the issue and to come up withappropriate solution of the problem. Apart from this, employees faced issue in getting properinformation about the customers who have already booked the tickets. 2.0 The Concept & SolutionIn order to overcome this type of issue, team have decided to develop an application thatcan enable to provide proper services to customers and in delivering adequate information toemployees. The application enables to book tickets to customers at any time. There are changesthat are made in the application depending upon the show and their timing. When the system isuser friendly, then it becomes favorable enough for the customers to use the system in effectivemanner. There are many tests that were conducted in which 10 of the people were asked to useapplication. It was observed that they were taking up too much time to understand the system1

and this showed that it was not user friendly. The issues that were faced by these users wereidentified and accordingly changes were made in the system. Further, there were also issuesidentified in which system was showing wrong information about booked seats. This type ofproblems arises when individuals select same seats at a time. This shows that, proper interactionis important so that they will be able to make the issues solved in effective manner (Dalmasso,Datta and Nikaein, 2013). Apart from this, requirements of customers is to get a system in whichthey are able to operate. When it is easy to use, then people prefer to make use of the applicationdeveloped. When any transaction in the system is lost, then it makes the user to automaticallyopen up the home page. In this condition, people have to again go through the whole processwhich is inconvenient for customers. This problem was analyzed and rectified so that customersmay not get annoyed while using application. 4.0 Cost analysisIn order to develop an application, it requires consideration to be made for different typeof areas. In total, it takes about $1,105,000 for overall development of the application. Further, italso takes up to less than one years’ time to develop the system. First of all, it is required to workon admin features which will cost up to $130K. It consists of tracking system, paymentadministration, feedback system, central management system, etc. It enables to provide overalldevelopment of the application so that it can be presentable (Spreng, Mackenzie and Olshavsky,1996). Further, it also includes mobile application development cost which is about &170K.More specifically, it includes deployment, testing, app administration, features, design, etc. Allthese can be developed using low budget as well but then effectiveness can’t be attained whenthere is no proper focus made on all these areas.
