Crowne Plaza is currently going through the situation of decline in influence of employees
towards company’s growth. For this, its top management team have conducted an investigation

tea. The overall experience of this investigation has made me to build up an effective
communication skill, analytical, researching, convincing, presentation skill etc. All these skills
have been developed as I faced numerous of issues while conducting this research. The main
issue faced by me at the time of conducting research was to convince respondents to give
authentic information about the topic. In order to convince them, I have communicated to them
about the importance of topic for company and its business growth. The overall experience from
this investigation was really good and will also help me out in conducting more effective
research in future.
Recommendations
From the above analysis, it has been identified that employee loyalty plays an essential
role in the business growth of every organization. According to analysis of investigation,
researcher gives some effective ways or suggestion through which the company can easily
enhance employee loyalty (Bahri-Ammari and Nusair, 2015). These recommendations are
described as below in effective manner:
It is suggested to top management team of Crowne Plaza Hotel to increase employee
engagement in decision making process in order to give them opportunity to represent
their views towards the success of company.
Further, management team should also give performance appraisal to employees in every
six months so that they realize that company values them. This will ultimately enhance
their loyalty towards the company.
Along with this, it is also advised to managers to conduct certain training session for
employees in order to develop their personal as well as professional skills and through
this it can perform their business objectives in effective manner.
Conclusion
On the basis of above described report, it has been concluded that employee loyalty plays
an effective role in the growth of every business organization as with employees support
objective of business can be easily attained in quick manner. Both the primary and secondary,
methods has supported in completing research with authenticity. In primary, questionnaire
technique has been used whereas in secondary method, books, journal and online websites has
