About This Document

As it is obvious from the statistics that there has been an enormous number of females in UK who are suffering from homelessness, so actual forte of MiM is to provide these women some sort of support in the form of accommodation and other required services (Gilbert, 2016). Although, we were a team of five members, but the forte of each one was to provide independence to all these women so that they can also be able to live properly and enjoy their life to the fullest.

INTRODUCTIONThe fashionable neighbourhood has been modified to a social enterprise, Made inMarylebone (MiM). As it is obvious from the statistics that there has been an enormous numberof females in UK who are suffering from homelessness, so actual forte of MiM is to providethese women some sort of support in the form of accommodation and other required services(Gilbert, 2016). The actual reason why it has been started is to provide these womenindependence so that they also can be able to live a happier life. The report is about discussingthe whole analysing of the situation and the factors that can be improved in the same for having abetter evaluation of the same.Reflection Using the Gibbs reflective cycle, the whole scenario can be analysed in a way that all itsfunctions and operations can be evaluated accordingly. We used to sell the same so that I can have an efficientamount of money to carry out activities and operations of the MiM. It is important because theoverall rate of homeless women in UK are increasing day by day (Mann and Walsh, 2017). So,for coping with their needs and requirements, it is essential to make involvement of ways thatcan help in raising some amount of funds to continue the processing of these operations andfunctions. I along with the other four members of team decided to organise an event for raisingfunds and for that, we had to create a crowdfunding page as well. The aim of this event wasabout £450 but output received was about £10 only, due to which we were not able to create thesession as well. Through our Whatsapp group, I tried to contact my team members but no one1
