INTRODUCTIONEmployability skills refers to those skills which is very essential by every individuals inorder to perform their duty effectively within the business entity or while performing any projectwork in a university. In every stage of life of an individual, educational background, skills orknowledge plays very important role. With the help of this, they will be able to perform theirtask effectively and in specific time period. Therefore, for having potential employability skills,education is the basic requirement and plays important role. According to the present casescenario, which is fundraising charity for brain tumour, and create awareness among individuals,is going to be performed in this report with a group called limo. In addition to this, it is the reportwhich includes evaluation and audit of various key skills, proper development plan, teamworkskills, as well as Gibb’s model in detail. This as a result, will aid in order to understand the topicin detail along with the role of fundraiser effectively. Main aim behind developing this report isto determine the employability skills along with different ways in order to improve them withinthe person effectively and within the specific period time. MAIN BODYKey skills and their auditSkills audit is one of the most important, essential and effective method used by largenumber of individuals in order to examine their skills and ability within a specific period of time.With the help of skill audit, person will be able to examine the gap between current position anddesired position (Noe, and ET. Al , 2017). As a result, they can develop required skills within thegiven period of time. The present report is a well known research, on the topic of Brain TumourCharity, where me and my group faced a range of difficulties. In addition to this, it will aid us inidentifying various skills which is required to perform our work in an effective manner.Required skillsProblem solving skillsTime management skillsCommunication skillsCollaborative skillsDecision making skillsTeamwork skills According to the present case scenario, various problems are faced by me, whichultimately aid me to find out various skills. order to keep in mind the audit skills it has been analysed that in case of decision making skills Ihave getting 5 out of 10 ratings. But on the other hand what is required for an effective leader is8 out of 10 rating, so that I can raise funds effectively for Brain Tumour Charity. In addition tothis, within communication skill it is necessary to have 9 out of 10 rating so that I cancommunicate relevant information effectively. But in this skill I am having only 6 out of 10rating. At last, time management skill is one of the important factor. After taking considerationof audit skills, it has been analysed that I an having 5 out 10 rating which is not effective.Ratings required to manage time properly is 9 out of 10. It is very essential to have 9 ratings sothat an individual become a successful leader and raise enough funds for Brain Tumour charity.Detailed examination on the skills chosen by an individual is mentioned below: Team working skills BasisAreas to be covered Desired positionTeam working skillWhile accomplishing thetasks, leaders develop strongand effective relationshipswith their team mates. As per the above stated table, it has been identified that I am weak in two areas whichmight affect my performance when I conduct a research. These two areas are allotting tasks tostaff members and developing strong relationship within the group. In addition to this, it mightcause my performance, while spreading awareness about Brain tumour and raising funds bydeveloping a group called Lima (Lee, and Et. Al , 2016). Building relationships: Teamwork skill, is not simple as it look. It required a lot ofpatience andcapability in order to develop strong relationship with various members ofthe staff. Reason behind this is that each and every person have their own perceptionregarding similar topic which creates disputes at the workplace. For understanding this in
