Personal development plays crucial role that allows individuals to perform their role in a
well define manner within an organisation, along with this it also facilitate them to conduct
activities in both personally and cooperate level (Zafar, 2020). In simple terms, personal
development planning termed as a procedure that allow person to evaluate their own learning,
performance and achievement through which they can future enhance their career and
educational development. For this SWOT analysis proves to be an effective technique with the
help of which individual can make significant improvement in their personal as well as
professional career. Present report has been conducted on charitable charitable entity that duly
offer formative help to Brain Tumour charity for fundraising, they offer assistance to young
people, children and family members those who are facing the issue of brain tumour. In addition
to this, they also offer efficient support to family fun days and provide information and also aid
in creating family Facebook group. In this report formative discussions has been conducted on
ideas of fundraising. Along with this report also include preparation of goals, plans in addition
with other activities as to determine actual form of requirements that will significantly prove
beneficial for Brain Tumour Charity.
2.0 Audit and Evaluation of Key Skills
2.1 Asses and reflect individual development
In an organisation irrespective of their size, scope, purpose and objectives individual
development play essential role as it allows entity to accomplish their desired objectives with
great effectiveness (Harden, Laidlaw and Mmed, 2020). In order to facilitate individual
development there is formative requirement of numerous form of skills through which individual
perform their work with more efficiency. In terms with respective charitable entity it is essential
for an individual to have various set of skills through which they can accomplish their target. It
has been evaluated that individual leaders in charity firm duly reflects organisation and personal
uniformity. In addition to this, reflection upon the manner in which charitable firm operate their
operations is essential aspect in order to effectively duly ensure or maintain standards and quality
as to make improvement in process of learning . Along with this it has been evaluated that there

2.2 Individual development skill through Formative exercise

engage in the process of raising funds for charity. By implementing these skills effective form of
corrective measures can be undertaken as to accomplish desired set of objectives in particular
time frame. Mentioned below there are some efficient skills that plays essential role as to
effectively raise charity for Brain Tumour charity that duly supports young people, children
along with family members those who are affected by problem of brain tumour.
Teamwork: It is essential for an individual to have the skill of teamwork, as it allows
them to effectively coordinate their roles and responsibility with others. It facilitate sharing of
ideas and views that promotes collaboration. However, it has been identified that it acts an main
weakens for me in Brain Tumour charity, as I somehow face difficulties to manage teamwork.
Communication: This skills hold significant importance through which operations are
conducted in a well define and effective manner (Molope and Oduaran, 2020). It is essential for
an individuals in charitable firm to maintain positive communication with each other. With the
help of this, roles and responsibility to everyone get cleared that further facilitate efficient form
of decision making. If it is talked about me, it is essential for me to properly communicate.
Research: In order to analyse conditions prevailing in marketplace, research plays
significant role. With the help of this actual needs and requirements can be ascertained. By
taking advantage of this skill individual can effectively fulfil actual requirements of charitable
organisation. It has been evaluated that, research skill is my greatest strength as I effectively
conduct research and evaluating all essential informations and related documents.
Planning: Planning is a primary role which is required to be duly undertaken. In context
to charitable firm it is essential to develop plan in order to accomplish all the essential activities
in required proper time frame. This has been evaluated that I have effective tendency to build
proper games as to raise funds of organisation.
Decision-Making: This skills acts an vital element and negligence of this may lead entity
to face various challenges to perform operations smoothly. Thus, it is essential for an individual
to posses decision-making skill in order to ensure success. It has been identified by me that I am
