INTRODUCTION The presentation I based on understanding different between strategy and criteria and basis on which changes of Beacon edge care home will be managed. It will outline impact of recent changes in care services of staff on the basis of set criteria.
2.1 Strategy for measuring changes in health and social care Strategy and criteria are two different term where strategy one refers tactics of analysing, implementing, managing and monitoring changes whereas criteria is set standard on the basis of change is managed with the of strategy. 2.2 Impact of recent changes in health and social care as per set criteria Positive In accordance with set criteria of improvement, it is clear that care hoe in managing efficient changes as per detailed analysis of inspection report. The Beacon edge care home have registered manager who look after all legal requirements of care home according to Social Care Act 2008 which reduced the risks of breach of regulation There is a proper record of medicines of patient according to prescription which made effective medication management in care home.
CONTINUE Negative Staff of care home is still not properly trained for developing patient and nurse relationship due to which individual lacks appropriate care of service users. Social activities are still not properly organised and hold the risk of social isolation for some patients suffering from Dementia. Beacon edge care home now has top management but still staff and middle management are resistant to decision making of the governing members.
2.3 Overall impact of recent changes in health and social care Impact is mechanism of action that is strategy which is implemented by Beacon edge care home to manage changes after inspection. Evaluation is a systematic determination of changes implemented in an organisation. The impact and evaluation of recent change in health and social care organisation is will be determined on the basis of set criteria that is staff satisfaction, Service user satisfaction, efficient and effectiveness and environment of Beacon edge care home

STAFF AND PATIENT SATISFACTION In first visit of inspection, it was evaluating that staff was pleasantly involved with patient but there was no patient risk assessment and verbal communication which could have been dangerous for treating patient with dementia. However, in last visit it was seen that staff was handing each patient by assessing to individual care and specialist needs. In first visit of inspection it was determined that some patients were involved in social activities but on the other hand, there were patient who were sitting isolated from activities and care. The denial of services user to food and medication was also seen.
Efficiency, Effectiveness and Environment In first unannounced inspection of Beacon edge care home, it was determined that there was lack of medication management, staff training, informal environment, no compliance with Social Care Act 2008 which led to breach of regulation. Apparently, in last unannounced inspection it was clear that care home has recruited potential staff to manage patient centric services. Moreover, there was registered manager who was looking after all legal requirement in order to maintain efficient of all recommendation made in last inspection.
2.4 Service response to recent changes of social and health care Facilitating changes in health and social care is essential for managing patient safety and satisfaction. In accordance with inspection and identified issue, it is analysed that there are various changes which needs to be managed according to environmental and efficiency of care home. As per the evaluating the major issues in Beacon edge care home were staff services and management, lack of decision making and leadership environment and lastly patient centred care.

SUGGESTION As per the issues, some recommendation can be made to team leader for managing problems and increasing services response which are as follows: It is important for the team leader to focus on medicine management which can be attained by make individual care plan of patient with their speciality needs, medication, hydration and dietary requirement. This is the best approach which will help Beacon edge care home in managing service response. The care should focus on organising regular training for employees, this will help in reducing staffresistanceandwillhelpsinmakingoptimumutilisationofresources andmanaging satisfactory functioning of staff.
