INTRODUCTION The concept of change is linked with the organization development as through this it becomes easy for every business enterprise to carry out its different operational activities in an effective manner. For carrying out the present study the company which is being taken into consideration is Liverpool Health Care NHS trust. It is one of the community health NHS trust and it provide controversial services forpeople who range between 65 to 98 years old. In this report learning will focus on the factors that drive changes in Liverpool health care services and on the overall impact on the recent changes in health and care services. Moreover appropriate services response to recent changes and how to monitors those changes in Health and Social care services are also specified in this report. MAIN BODY Q1) Key factors that drive changes in Health and Social care services On analysing the CQC( Care quality commission) report of Liverpool Health care NHS trust it has been founded that there are various key factors which drive changes within enterprise. Among all, one of the importantfactor which drive changeswithin organization is related to high demand for health and social care services. The demand for Liverpool home care services is increasing rapidly as it is being seen that some new diseases is being introduces from age group of 65 to 98 years of old people. Thus, with the aim to deal with such demand of service users an enterprise has to brought varied changes in this existing system. Therefore such aspects affects business when they don not possess adequate resources with respect to accrued demand of their patients. However in order to meet such type of practises, it is being required by Liverpool Health Care Service to carry out change in its existing service management related policy in an effective and efficient manner.
