INTRODUCTION
Overview of the topic
The current investigation is on the topic obesity which is type of diseases. It is a complex
disease in which the body fat among the individual rises. It is just not a concern but it is a
complex problem that enhance the risk of mental and physical health among the individual
(Weihrauch-Blüher and Wiegand, 2018). Some of the impact of obesity is heart diseases,
diabetes, cancers and many more. The main reason of increase obesity among the children is due
to too much eating and little moving.

LITERATURE REVIEW
According to the view of Lee and Yoon (2018), obesity is the complex problem that occurs
due to too much eating and less moving. In the young child the problem of obesity is common
but the impact of this is worse. It is one of the medical problem that impact the mental and
physical health of the child in large way. Some of the factor that lead to obesity among the

youngster is as high consumption of junk food and sugar, not enough physical exercise, genitival
problem and many more increase the amount of obesity among the individual (Gregory, 2019). It
is being analysed that obesity among the young child negatively impact the health and wealth of
the person. Heart problem, cancer, depression high blood pressure is some of the impact of
obesity. To reduce the obesity young people should lay stress on mental and physical health.
They should exercise, consume green diet, large volume of water and many more. This all helps
them to reduce the amount of fat from the body (Weihrauch-Blüher, Schwarz and Klusmann,
2019).
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
In the current research project, investigator will be choosing positivism research philosophy
to recognise the trends and pattern in objective manner. To address the research problem in
effective way searcher will be opting for deductive research approach (Säfsten and Gustavsson,
2020). With the use of survey research strategy large data will be extracted from wider
population in numerical manner. in the present investigation the data collection source is primary
data collection. The main reason to choose this is with the help of primary data first-hand
information will be accumulated that show real picture (Daniel, Kumar and Omar, 2018). The
data gathering tool for the investigation is Questionnaire and with the help of SPSS software data
will be inspected and analysed in the present investigation (Davidavičienė, 2018).
